Here are the big announcements.  I know…I’ve been holding out on you.

I joined the Nashville Technology Council this week! I started on Monday and have dived right into it.  I’ve been very impressed with the work they’ve done in the past 18 months, and, let me tell you…you can’t find a professional group here in Nashville that is more passionate and focused about supporting our growing tech community here.  There are so many great initiatives and programs already in place and in the pipeline that my head is spinning!  Happy and enthusiastic to be a part of it all.

I also came on board this month as an advisor/consultant to a new Nashville based music startup venture called VenueBlast. More news to come about that soon.

I am also still continuing my volunteer work and advocacy for the Martha O’Bryan Center.  Still heading the YP Group over there and will be joining the Promise Neighborhood Committee in the fall.

If I’ve learned anything in life, it’s that when it rains, it pours.  But, unlike May, I welcome this downpour!  It’s a good thing.
